LOAN AGREEMENT — TERMS By confirming, you request financing for your ticket under the "ticket yes, cash no" system: the lender buys the ticket in the name and DNI of each passenger. No cash is ever handed out. You accept the financial terms (TNA, TEA and CFT with and without IVA) that will be disclosed when your application is approved, together with the installment plan with automatic debits from your credit card. You pledge the card you provided as collateral (non-sensitive data only), authorizing the automatic debit of the installments. If, at the time of purchase, the actual price exceeds the approved cap, you can accept the new plan or cancel at no cost, with your down payment refunded. The full text of the agreement is recorded with the date, your IP address and an integrity hash at the moment of acceptance, and archived as a PDF. The legally binding contract is executed in Spanish.
